Asian Blepharoplasty
Before and After Photos-

This is a 48 y/o Asian woman who wanted to be able to see more of her eyelid and have less fullness overall. She had a minimally visible crease before and wanted to have a full crease on both sides following surgery. Her upper eyelid blepharoplasty with crease definition was performed in our office and the after photo is from her initial post-operative visit 1 week after surgery. She still has some swelling in her eyelids but is not significantly bruised.

This is a 34 y/o Asian woman who had upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty as well as medial epicanthoplasty. This allowed her to be able to see more of her upper eyelid with a well-defined crease, smooth her lower eyelid contour and remove the lower eyelid bags, as well as be able to see the inside corner of her eye. This photo is from 7 days after surgery so visible swelling and some bruising is still present.

This is a 34 y/o Asian woman who came to our office with significant crease asymmetry. She had no visible eyelid crease in her right upper eyelid, and only a small crease visible in her left upper eyelid. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty and crease formation were performed on both sides to help crease more symmetry. Her post-operative picture from 1 week following surgery shows an increase in symmetry and also more eyelid visible on both sides.

This is a 24 y/o Asian male who previously had upper eyelid blepharoplasty and was interested in medial epicanthoplasty to be able to see more of the inside corner of his eye. This procedure was performed in our office and his post-operative picture is from 1 week following surgery. There is still swelling present and the pink healing of the skin will continue to fade over several weeks.

This is a 30 y/o Asian female with minimally visible eyelid creases on both sides. She wanted to be able to see her eyelid and apply makeup. Her upper eyelid blepharoplasty and crease formation was performed in our office. Her post-op picture is from 1 week following surgery so the visible swelling will continue to reduce.

This is a 49 y/o Asian female who had previously had blepharoplasty many years in the past. She was left with significant asymmetry and wanted to be more symmetric. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty and crease revision were performed on both sides to help with her symmetry. Following surgery, she has significantly improved eyelid crease position and thought that she looked more “like herself” again.
